Rugby World Cup New Zealand 2011 (RNZ 2011) was established in June 2006 and is the organization responsible for the planning and delivery of Rugby World Cup (RWC) 2011 in New Zealand.

This will be the seventh Rugby World Cup. In the 2011 Rugby World Cup 20 competing nations divided into 4 groups of 5 teams. The competing nations and groups are:

Group A – New Zealand, France, Tonga, Canada, Asia 1.

Group B – Argentina, England, Scotland, Europe 1 Playoff Final.

Group C – Australia, Ireland, Italy, Europe 2, United States.

Group D – South Africa, Wales, Fiji, Samoa, Namibia.
