Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez has submitted a written transfer request, but the request was rejected.

Carlos Tevez 26-year-old says he longs to hometown in Argentina after playing in England for four years.

“The club was disappointed with this situation and especially with the behavior of representatives of Carlos,” said Manchester City a written statement.

Tevez be subject to suspension on Saturday when City beat West Ham and Manchester City take to collect the same number with Arsenal at the top of the league standings.

Carlos Tevez involved in a war of words with manager Robert Mancini when he was replaced at the last minute game against Bolton on 4 December.

Manchester City a written statement saying: “Roberto Mancini and all parties at the club has shown, and will continue to show, the attitude of sensitive personal matters Carlos, among others, about his family who live abroad.

“Right after he was suspended because of problems in the match against Bolton, Carlos asked, and this request has been granted special dispensation to leave to go abroad.

“A written transfer request is contrary to the statement Carlos, both publicly and in the club.

Argentina Rugby Union ended its meeting with SANZAR (South Africa, New Zealand and Australia Rugby) on Friday in Sydney, Australia, with sufficient reasons for optimism as negotiations move forward with that institution for the admission of Los Pumas in 2012, the tournament will be called Tri-Nations.

The two days of planned meetings among the four national unions spread to third on Friday because of a little more of the issues that the UAR would trigger went unlocking and therefore extended the time needed. In addition, there was a meeting with the company that owns the television rights.

“We are very pleased with how everything is happening. The points that we discussed in the meeting were positive and we have sufficient reason to believe that most have been resolved in our favor, “said Manuel Galindo, Chairman of the Subcommittee on High Performance (SRAR).

The confidentiality of the meeting does not, until the documents are signed, making announcements. However, it is expected that by October, when they visit our country SANZAR representatives, can make public the agreement on the Argentine income tournament today representing the three best teams in the world according to rankings produced by the IRB .

“The most positive is that management have been able to understand our intentions and to recognize our place in the world,” said Galindo.

SANZAR contests the annual Tri Nations tournament since 1996 and from 2012 will integrate the Argentine national team for a period exceeding four years.

“It is and was a long process exhausting. But we hope that now we have reached an agreement. Everything is agreed and owned by SANZAR to be agreed in writing to send one last time, “said Pichot, who as a member of the UAR SRAR represented in Sydney.

“We must understand that this is a profitable tournament without Argentina. Now our challenge is to add value not only in court but also outside it. To do this we have been working in the UAR the last three years. Going to cost and the games will be very tough, but without the challenge of playing against the best does not improve. “

From the meetings that took place at the offices of the Australian Rugby Union participated Andy Marinos (acting CEO of the Union of South Africa), John O’Neill (Australian Union CEO), Steve Tew (CEO of the Union of New Zealand ) and Pichot, representing Argentina.

Argentina Rugby Union gave notice of the dates and opponents (subtract one) to be our national team in World Cup 2011. We knew that England would face in the opening-and Scotland in the third collation of the Area “B”. Already qualified Georgia – neighbor of Russia, which pitted our Pumas in the William Webb Ellis Cup 2007 in Lyon, France.

The fifth member of this group will emerge from the clash between Romania and Uruguay, which will be defined shortly. The five nations will compete, mostly in the South Island of New Zealand, with characteristics similar to Patagonia. Our selected debut against England on September 10, 2011, in Christchurch, a small town, very green and quiet. I stayed twice and dazzled me peace parks and its people. They work, they constantly exercise (run, bike ride), and five in the afternoon, leave for their homes. Pubs are only open and clubs where rugby teams training. Cinemas, for instance, closed at ten pm, except Saturdays, where the last function ends at midnight.

The clash against the winner of the match between Uruguay and Romania will be in Invercargill, well south of the South Island. Region of sheep and cows, has a generous rainfall. Never was there but I know that in the spring loosens the cold but the wind is blowing hard. This test-match will take place on September 17 and will be a good opportunity for the Argentina who, if exceeded before the British consolidated their position in the Group Standings. On the contrary, if they were beaten by the “men of the Rose”, a win will be good preparation for the important clash against Scotland.

The Argentina again return to Christchurch and have a local New Zealand against. Why? Because the city received many Scottish immigrants who found a land reminiscent of his “Highlands.” Christchurch is not the sea but is found after crossing a mountain not very high. That part of the coast of New Zealand is a favorite among surfers, as they have good waves all year. The last time I went through this area of the South Island was amazed by the sheer profusion of tables, but the cold was great on the beach and, of course, in the Pacific Ocean.

The clash against Scotland will be key. It will make the September 25, 2011 and most likely will define who will advance to the second stage of the tournament. Of course, also matter how they went to Argentina and Scotland in their games against England, the umpire.

After staying for a month in the South Island praiseworthy, the Argentines will cross the Tasman Sea, and on October 2, play their last game against Georgia early stage in the stadium Manawatu in Palmerston North City, where in 1979 – when we visited New Zealand for the first time our Pumas played a good game. This town in the North Island is close to Wellington, the capital of this wonderful country of the antipodes, as mentioned Europeans in the eighteenth or nineteenth century, to the remote islands of the Pacific Ocean.

The Georgians are not many (just over 5,000,000 inhabitants) but love rugby. Were influenced by the French and develop our sport in the capital Tbilisi and in towns close to the Black Sea, whose shores are very beautiful. Although they were defeated by the Pumas in the World Cup 2007, Argentina should not be trusted because they are strong and effective defense.

The UAR reminded us the only match between England and Argentina in a World Cup. It was in 1995 when both nations competition debut in South Africa, encouraged by President Mandela. The British won but it was an unfair result. Our selected supported two tries and rival none. How succeeded, then, representatives of sport hometown of tackles and the ball oval? Thanks to their kicker and a half-open, the effective Rob Andrew, who scored 24 goals for his team. Not enough the excellent achievement of Noriega and Arbizu to beat the white shirts.

The situation in Scotland is different. During the momentous event in France, in 2007, Argentina eliminated the successors of the legendary Wallace in Quarterfinals. But recent tets-matches of 2010 were not favorable for the team led by Tati Phelan. Salt and Mar del Plata was the victory for the Scots. What will happen in 2011? For now, there are only statistics and forecasts.

We have listed as a South African World flop, a little ‘because someone like him always expect the best and a little’ because Argentina is out with his broken bones from the event, after their dream aficionados . But there is someone who defends Messi, even inserting the list of the best, top the list of determinants of global players. Vicente Del Bosque, Spain World Cup coach, has no doubts about it and it shows against the choice of Forlan as “Golden Ball” of the event:

I disagree. I’m not saying Forlan has done a great World Cup. We would have liked to win was a player in Spain, but apart from that I would have given Leo Messi. In each game has created 20 chances, is a phenomenon.

And if he says that football will understand, we can not help but agree.
