Carlos Teves career full of controversy in Britain.

Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez has submitted a written transfer request, but the request was rejected.

Carlos Tevez 26-year-old says he longs to hometown in Argentina after playing in England for four years.

“The club was disappointed with this situation and especially with the behavior of representatives of Carlos,” said Manchester City a written statement.

Tevez be subject to suspension on Saturday when City beat West Ham and Manchester City take to collect the same number with Arsenal at the top of the league standings.

Carlos Tevez involved in a war of words with manager Robert Mancini when he was replaced at the last minute game against Bolton on 4 December.

Manchester City a written statement saying: “Roberto Mancini and all parties at the club has shown, and will continue to show, the attitude of sensitive personal matters Carlos, among others, about his family who live abroad.

“Right after he was suspended because of problems in the match against Bolton, Carlos asked, and this request has been granted special dispensation to leave to go abroad.

Argentina Rugby Union ended its meeting with SANZAR (South Africa, New Zealand and Australia Rugby) on Friday in Sydney, Australia, with sufficient reasons for optimism as negotiations move forward with that institution for the admission of Los Pumas in 2012, the tournament will be called Tri-Nations.
